Angel Eyes we love you and miss you baby kitty!

A little history for those who do not know. Laura (my sister) rescued a baby kitty (who was named by hubby Angel Eyes) that someone threw out of a car when she was three weeks old in 25-30 degree, snow on the ground. She called me up and asked me what to do with it and I told her to bring it over as my snow kitty was nursing a litter at the time and I hoped that snow would accept her as her own. Snow did accept her as her own. Angel developed lung issues from being out in the cold. The vet did not think she would make it passed the 5th week mark well she proved otherwise and lived a full 6 plus year going to the vets, being poked, checked, weighed, medicated, loved on and living the best kitty life she could with lung issues.  Angel had a wonderful personality and was defiantly a daddy's girl(slept in his armpit the first 6 months of her life and ate salami/steak with him).

It is with a broken heart I have to say at about 1:00 AM April 22nd, Angel Eyes went to heaven. Hubby and I knew we would have to face this day with her eventually but it still does not make it any easier. She is now resting peacefully under the cherry tree.

Here is a picture of her posing for the camera.

Here is another picture of Angel sound asleep next to her Daddy watching tv.

Scared and Love you very much!

Wednesday Night at 5:30 I seriously did not know if my husband of six years was gonna make it and everything literally flashed before my eyes as the paramedics wheeled my husband out of our house. As I tried to keep my composure and stay calm I was so very scared once they got him stabilized and found out it was his kidneys and what the treatment plan was; the roller coaster of emotions kind of flowed when I came home and away from the hospital.

We have had more than our share of issues. Good, Bad, and all in between! I would not change a thing for it all. I know sometimes my vent posts sound horrible! Just as he vents about me! However, I or we have to remember all with then a 2 and a half year time span we have had some major life altering events happen to us.  First it was the leg amputation and then the 3 way bypass. My husband uses laughter and the lord to get him through EVERYTHING!! I have stood beside him through it all and would not change a thing.  I need to learn to do this more with the laughter and the lord.

I have made many many many and many more mistakes and he gets upset and angry with me but I really hope he knows how much I truly appreciate him!!! Sometimes its not said enough!!! Please make sure your loved ones know how much they are appreciated and how much you love them. Tell them everyday!!!!

To the love of my life! I love you and appreciate you more than you will ever know! Thank you for everything you do or even try to do! I know you get upset and frustrated because you can not work more. Please know God will pull us through!!!

I just spent a good hour (maybe longer) revising my blog background and colors. Still not sure I like it but I had to get my winter theme off there so this works for now. Let me know what you think????
